In-Game music "matched third party content"

most of time is like gta or games that use like real world music like Metallica,AC DC .Most indie games you are fine.

Ori and The Blind Forest belongs to Microsoft. Microsoft does allow Let's Plays of their content provided you follow a strict set of stipulations (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/developers/rules). Who made the claim? More often than not it turns out to be a false claim that just got caught up in the content ID sweep which as far as I know is illegal and can be disputed.

I had this happen to me today with Fable 3. I've contacted both Lionhead and Microsoft about the music that was matched and both have said no such claim was issued by either of them and they are the full rights owners so I have to go through that process which sucks.
