Improve my channel

Hey man, I think you've got a fun personality and I like the way you've shot the latest video, as I mentioned in my comment. My biggest piece of advice would be to quicken your pace just so the videos are snappier. Some background music in your actual videos would also make a huge difference, not just your opening.
 
- Banner is just grey with some writing, add something else to it like an image or something
- Add custom thumbnails to draw in potential viewers

Out of the videos of yours that I watched the latest one is the best, I noticed that you keep looking to your phone like a script or it could look like you are reading off a website and not doing anything yourself. If you are reading off a script, edit those parts out so there are no awkward pauses. The other videos I watched like the "what do I think about gossip" video, half the time you were looking down at your phone which is not very good. when doing vlogs you should look into the camera.
 
I think your banner is good actually. It's simplistic and shows what your channel is about. Content-wise, I think the videos are interesting and the length is good but the delivery needs work. It may help if you jot down how the commentary topics will flow. Also, try to pay attention to the "audience" more instead of using your phone. Camera/video quality is not too important right now, but sometimes when you were away from the camera I couldn't hear you.
