That's good! Generally for me as long as the likes are more than the dislikes then it doesn't bother me.

Then I would get discouraged and feel like there is something I need to improve on, the people have spoken lol I would definitely then start to have my friends and family review it and ask them for changes I can improve on.

To be honest, with the content I upload to my channel, I'm surprised that I don't have more dislikes. However, on a serious note: you have to remember why you started doing YouTube in the first place. Was it because you enjoy making videos or was it to because you want to be YouTube famous and unanimously liked?
