Okay. I want to get a new all in one computer as I am a design student and I will be working with A lot of cad. And I need a good graphics card to make the quality of the CAD better and faster and smoother.
Anyway there are Nvdia, AMD, Intel hd graphics 4000, 1000

What are they. What is good and what is bad?

Stay away from the Intel HD Graphics of any kind. Those are terrible for both gaming and video editing/rendering. NVIDIA and AMD GPU's are what you should be looking at. The difference between NVIDIA and AMD GPU's from the Intel HD Graphics is that the NVIDIA and AMD GPU's are dedicated whereas the Intel HD Graphics are Integrated and are crap. I've never used an all in one computer but give me an example or link of what you may purchase.

Nvidia is costly and has lesser performance. On plus side they are quite, less noise. AMD cards are better and way cheaper than Nvidia cards and are bang for your buck. Can be overclocked with ease, cost is cheaper and other great feature. On the downside they are loud, noise cards. If you buy external fan, 5$ then noise will be lower than Nvidia cards. All in all, go for AMD. I would suggest Radeon R9 270 or 270x or 290 or 290x. Accordingly to your needs. Most gaming PCs use AMD over Nvidia. The link is of gaming PC using AMD card!

Hope I helped!

For Dell, I would suggest Dell Latitude 3540. Bang for your Buck laptopn and can run modern games at high fps. Totally worth it :)
