Go onto Pokemon forums and promote there. Given your channel is one-track with a specific niche you need people who crave that niche. You'll very unlikely convert someone into a Pokemon games fan with your videos (not a dig; I mean anyone with a channel like yours), so find someone who is already a fan and bring them on board!

but I do get some mails from other Youtubers sometimes a month that also do pokemon gameplays and share them with me

There are lots of Pokemon forums. Try look for one that allows videos or read the rules to see what you can and cannot post up in terms of videos. I always make sure to read the rules pertaining to videos and media.
Simply being on the Pokemon forums and being active allows you to network with people and when they get to know you better they will more than likely want to check out your channel without you having to ask.
Sign up for more than one. It's like waving at cars on a highway. More people are going to notice you if you go to different highways rather than staying in one place.
EDIT: Also, you don't have to leave... You'll just be visiting multiple forums. I visit like 5 forums total, but of course, I'm here the most.
EDIT: Also, what Frankie said about the sig and stuff. Fill in all your info like you would here. If they have a sig option which does not include a video thing, make a sig or simply put your channel name in there in large and bold letters. Make sure to read the rules before doing this so you don't get on bad terms with the forum members/mods.
