I'm not sure if this is done with editting or not, but...

...I kinda want to do a Pokemon Playthrough where I have a window with my game on the left, with the game's logo underneath that window, and on the right of the game window have my current party of Pokemon displayed as well as current location, number of Pokemon seen and caught.

How might I do this? What would I need to do it?

Well, I don't know if this would be the easiest way or anything, cause I've never done it but...

I would first make a template in Photoshop (or a similar program) with an empty box for where you are going to put your video in your video editing software. In Photoshop you can then put in the games logo where you want and everything else.

Once you're happy with the template, save it as a PSD and also either a PNG or Jpeg. Then when you're editing your video you can import the PNG or Jpeg file into the program.

I hope this makes sense...

For example, this would be the end result in photoshop, and you'd just place the image file in your editing software.

That's really close to what I had in mind, but better xD
I didn't think to add the badges.

I had this in mind:

Looks like I need to learn editting software!

Its called nonlinear editing, basicly you record your team pokemon in a loop and make that video fit into where ever you wanted in that video area. Each time you move to a different location or certain events, you change the image or video to fit the illusion of what could be a software doing the work.

It is very time consuming and very few programs offer nonlinear.
