I'm not getting subs despite getting decent amounts views

I have a gaming focused channel on youtube that just hit 10000 overall views, but I only have 22 subs to show for it. I've been asking for feedback, but haven't been able to get any.

If anyone here is willing to look at my channel, and leave some feedback here or on my channel I would appreciate it.
