I'm losing subs.

Posting Mad!
Hi, I used to have 49 subs before (1 away from 50; my fiest milestone which I never reached). Then I lost 2 subs but gained 1 aswell.
But why am I losing subs?
I post HQ videos every 1-2 weeks and I am active.
Is there something wrong with my videos?
I really want some feedback as i want to reach my first milestone as soon as I can and I don't want to keep losing subs.
Thanks :)

It happens man.. My first 50 took forever.. People come and go some delete accounts or Youtube deletes them or unsubscribes them. I have had family and friend resub multiple times because YouTube Unsubbed them.

I have 326 subs..just last week I had 328. I randomly lose one or two subs every week. It could be a number of different things....including dead accounts.
It could be that they subbed for one video, watched another and didn't like it. I believe that happens to me alot because I do a NUMBER of different styles of music..from classical to dance to soft rock.

But i don't think that's what happened to me.
Because I knew the peopl who subbed to me and they are still active when I see their channel.
What I am asking is, is there something wrong with my channel/quality or something?
Is it because I upload only once in 1-2 weeks?

Exactly that! Also even if someone is unsubscribing from your channel, don't worry about it and move on and continue producing good content.

Well the thing is ... if youtube unsubbed them they may not even be aware that they are not subbed anymore.. it took a couple weeks for a few of my friends who are active and were leaving comments.. they actually realized they hadn't gotten any notices about my channel so then they went looking.

People might just not like your videos any more. It's really doesn't have much to do with quantity but more about quality. You could have 1,000,000 videos but if they suck, you're gona lose subs. Also youtube deletes inactive subs which is probably what's happening in your case ;) and if they really were inactive subs, then they really weren't "subs" to begin with :)

Yeah, like I was actually subbed to you a long time ago, when I first met you on the forums. Then I wasn't on the forums alot..and came back..........and I realized, heeeeeey I was subbed to you, and I didn't unsub to you! Wth?
