I'm losing motivation for this

I seriously am, I've been trying really hard to make good content and I just hate that I can average about 30-40 views on my videos lately and get no subs, likes, or even comments.
Then to boot my newest video got two dislikes and nothing else. I know I probably shouldn't take it to heart but it makes it feel like this is pointless.
I like the feeling of putting making videos and editing them and posting them up, it's fun and it really gives me something to do when I have nothing.
Is it ok if I ask for feedback here or not? Because if so can you give me feedback please? Thank you for your time.

You've been doing this only for 3 weeks? :D You might not go anywhere in 3 years, i'm just saying, buckle up cause to get somewhere in YouTube you need to work like you do now for quite some time until people will notice your work, rewards will come along. One thing i noticed you use blue font with small black shadow in bluish looking background for minecraft - that is not eye catching, actually quite hard to read, i think you should reconsider color choices for this.

I thought about this but I just really liked this blue. :P
How can I make it better?

Has it really been 3 weeks though? I feel like it's been forever, I'm not gonna lie. O:

I agree with GamersName. I would recommend using White colored font with black outline or something else that makes the words pop. I'm actually gonna start doing that to mine. My channel isn't big either but I understand that I need to grind doing what I enjoy doing and put myself out there (i.e. engage with people within my niche) and the views, comments, and subscribers will come.

You've only done this for a few weeks, man! How can you feel like you've put in your all and already want to give up? You have to keep working.

People throw that word niche around a lot, what is that?[DOUBLEPOST=1425068830,1425068772][/DOUBLEPOST]

My perception time isn't great I've realized. I feel like it's been longer. >.<

Well, I have been on this YouTube account for 3 and a half years now? Somewhere around there. First I posted a about 10-20 videos in a few months, then like 15 more in a few more months. Always being inconsistent. Always uploading whenever I feel like. I never really had an audience. Then GTA V got released and I had unlocked the livestreaming feature from being partnered with ZoominGames. I livestreamed almost every day and got 600 subscribers in less then 2 and a half months because of it. Then YouTube decided to get rid of the /live section they had (it has returned, don't know when), which is what got traffic toward me. Since then, I uploaded when I felt like again and didn't get an audience. Taking month breaks, few month breaks, etc etc. All in all, audience building is more than just making videos.

However, if you are on a consistent schedule, you are more likely to get a following because people actually know when you are going to upload. That means they can be prepared for entertainment that they are guaranteed is there. Which is why many big channels are, well, huge. People know that there is going to be an upload on certain days or every day. One big tip, biggest of them all, consistency of videos at near the same quality from one another. They don't have to be superb quality, but at least decent.

Minecraft video's is a branche with a lot of competition, you need to do something to stand out. What that is? I don't know, I don't know enough about minecraft. That you need new thumbnails and art is fact.

Yeah I know this for a fact, I like Minecraft but it wasn't my first choice in videos.
It seems like a helluva lot more people watch them then my other videos.[DOUBLEPOST=1425069189,1425069096][/DOUBLEPOST]

I see, a shcedule I can work on but how do I go about livestreaming and stuff?

The beginning can always be discouraging. You just have to keep pushing and eventually people will start to notice your stuff. The first few subscribers is always the hardest! Sadly as soon as people see you have a low sub count, they ignore your content. When you finally do get subs them more people will look at your content, but that takes time..
