I know I need a couple things, like a trailer and thumbnails. (thinking about doing an outro as well)

But is there anything else you guys would comment on? I've just completed creating my graphics for all of my pages, not just youtube.

Im liking the content so far. Nothing wrong with using Youtube as a place to upload Twitch stream highlights. Once your thumbnail game is on point I think you will see a spike in views/subs :)

I will work on thumbnails and a trailer very soon.

I'm kidding. That's the icon for the "Orange County Transportation Association". Still, I think your icon should have a black background, and the "C" interlocked with the "O". Check to make sure that's what you want though.

Much appreciated. I definitely need to work on the logo. The "O" interlocked with the "C" could work. I'll do a couple mocks ups!

Ps thanks for the compliment on my Outlast thumbnails, I'm pretty proud of them :)
