A Real Question!
Ok well first a suppose it depends on the size of what.
I'm going to answer as though you are talking about people
Theoretically the size of a human should not matter, but we all know it does.
High shelves can be a nightmare if you are too small and small doorways can be annoying if you are too big.
As with anything i think there is an area somewhere in the middle that is ideal for the majority of sittuations, so for day to day life that is the best place to be
I'd say between 5'3" foot and 6'3" would would see you through most situations in life without any problems what so ever
Smaller is better for things like hidding, sneaking and not spending as much on food (minus people that choose to over eat)
And taller is better for things like sports, getting attention at a bar, reaching high things
However natural selection and the evolution of man tells us that there must be more advantages to being taller as on average we are growing taller as a race.
(although again this could just be down to us reaching our potentials via having the nutrients available that we once didn't)
So yea it's situation dependent in my mind but if you ask mother nature i think she would say bigger is better

Well i find the left twix to be nicely covered in chocolate while the right twix seems to be a bit smothered by it.
I like them both
but i like chocolate so a good smothering of it is always welcome so i'd have to say right twix
