While I am all in for a collab channel, I wouldn't do one at the moment. You won't get much of a response on this site regarding a collab channel. I suggest you go on YouTube and open up auditions if you are really serious about it. Especially since people are going into the new year looking for one, you should start now.

I don't think that's necessarily true. I think that you will plenty of responses on here for doing a collab..including myself! 
Your approach isn't quite tactful. I think you start off well wanting friends, but if you are wanting to collab, I don't think that it's all that great to judge someone based on what they already have up on their youtube. Take me for example. I am wanting to start a collab channel to get my start in making videos. If I knew that I had to have something up on a specific day, I would probably be more likely to actually be brave enough to do a decent video.

I have been wanting to start a collab channel as well. I have been thinking of things to do, as far as videos I would like to have on a collab channel. I was thinking about doing one specifically for challenges and tags. I think that might be fun. Having several people do the same challenge or tag every day for a week would be fun to watch. It's something I think I would tune in to. Just a thought.
