If your channel shuts down in network partnership do you still get paid?

I had three channels shut down on me in February and the owner told me I would still be paid all my earnings for those channels but they usually pay around the 20th every month and I haven't seen all of my money yet and they aren't answering my question.

I'm starting to think the network I'm with could be pocketing my money.

They paid me $600 last week but I made at least $7,000 between those channels combined in February so I felt like I got short-changed.

I was really wondering in general if you can still get paid the following month if your channels shut down even if they earned money that month when you're in a network partnership?

I don't think you get your earnings if your channel gets shut-down, it sounds like you're uploading content that isn't yours.

When people show up on this forum asking similar questions, the majority of the time, the situation involves copyrighted content of which the channel doesn't have the proper rights to monetize.

If this is the case, Google isn't going to send the money to the network in the first place.
 
That's all I wanted to know from the beginning, my owner shouldn't had me believing that I could get paid after my channels got shut down then I could've just planned for getting my money in April since I've gotten almost 20 channels partnered since late February so I know I won't have to worry then.
 
UPDATE: I actually did get paid from those channels that shut down on me earlier this morning so it looks like I kind of jumped the gun on when I was going to be paid so my owner was telling me the truth.

So just as a heads up to anybody in this situation you should be able to get paid all of your earnings if your channels shut down on you in the previous month.

Well they probably got sent the money before you got shutdown.

Yeah that's what somebody else told me on a different site that they probably had the money earlier this month so I would still get paid that's why I raised the question in the first place because it was rather shocking to me that it didn't look like I was going to be paid.
