If I got 10 dislikes, I would do it the gentleman way. I would upload more videos and p**s off the haters. Uploading videos is my "dislike" to the dislikers.
 
My most popular video has 795 likes to 725 dislikes. I know the video is not the best quality, I have skills and time constraints and I do my best.

Some people are able to see past those limitations and appreciate the content, while some can't or don't.

Funny as I just looked at the specifics of those like/dislikes and most countries came out evenly split except Australia and Canada which thumb down twice as often as everyone else.
 
It would probably come as a bit of a shocker at first, but I'd probably let the haters hate and go back immediately to the drawing board and come up with even more and greater video ideas XD

Or as Captain America would say, "Walk It Off" :)
 
i know I'm saying it alot today but dislikes only help your video, they are interactions like likes and comments. it's better to have them than to have none at all!
 
I think it helps to be quite thick skinned in this Youtube business. I decided mentally I wasn't going to care what anybody thought about my videos. Of course it doesn't always work - but usually I only get a twinge of annoyance if somebody is rude. As far as dislikes go it's better to remember that there are so many people out there and even if lots of people don't like your stuff it'd probably be really entertaining for somebody. It's the somebody you got to make the content for I guess.
