If you could change YouTube's design how would it look?

I would personally let people have the option to add a full background image to their profiles just like MySpace... Oh how I miss it!

So what would you do to give YouTube a change? xx
 
I think the design is great as-is and with every redesign or update it has improved for the better. They have a great balance of ease of use, simplicity and enough advanced stuff for those that want it all while keeping it modern.
 
The current design gives me anything I need where the old one resulted in channel designs that looked worse than the worst 80s website. I furthermore could never come up with a useful channel art for the old design. My most promising attempt was stupid at best.
 
I'd take away the current homepage and replace it with the my subscriptions page, and I would tell everyone to hurry up and sort out the comments so that I can reply to everyone and not just some people. Other than that I am fine with YouTube's design :).
 
I wouldn't change the design but I think I'd add a feature where you can pin your favourite channels to the top of your subscription list, and reorder them all how you wish
