I'd personally wait a bit. Life happens. I was starting to do a collab with someone and a week went by real fast. I got kids, so everything is starting up right now and I didn't even realize it had been a week. I'm not sure how long I'd wait till I scrap the idea and go plan b, but remember most people youtubing are just one person gigs too ;-)
