If the video isn't large enough for YouTube

I've Got It
Hows it going everyone,

I'm gonna struggle to explain this haha, but say you've recorded a flash game thats like 800x600 pixels, that's not big enough for the YouTube player, or even recorded your phone screen, I was wondering how instead of the black bar you get a blurry version of the edge of the screen to fill the black spaces? Does anyone know? For examples if I have explained badly look at KSIOlajideBTHD's new video playinng trollquest 3, or any PewDiePie video recorded from his iPhone or iPad

Thanks everyone, and remember Undead, avoid them headshots!

You could do what I do, which is use a mulit track editing software (I use vegas) on one layer have the regular video , on a layer below it have the same video but stretched to fit. Blur that layer a little bit and poof you're done. if you need to, you can also adjust the size of the top layer video to fit a bit better as well.
