If someone interviewed me on their channel, should I post a copy of the video on my channel?

it's a bit odd to have someone interview you on your own channel.

I would ask the interviewers permission, and post it (it is their video after all). I was being interviewed at a big festival, and I had my wife film it at the same time, and posted my copy.
I do not see anything odd about that at all. A lot of people post interviews of themselves.
