If im not monetizing can i use any vid clips and music i want?

Im curious as to what i can do with my videos when i choose not to monetize them being i would have any music and clips of videos of my choosing? Is there anything i should be aware of if i do this? Anyone with good knowledge on this topic would be appreciated thanks.
 
Nope.

If you didn't make the content that's being put onto your channel, it runs the risk of getting a copyright strike. ESPECIALLY music.

It doesn't matter if you're not monetizing it because by law, it is not yours and you had no right to use it/redistribute it.

Also. Just so you know.

If you say something along the lines of this in your description.
"I do not own any of the music used in this video. All rights to the music belong to X artist and X brand"

That's practically admitting to knowingly breaking a law :P

Ok thanks alot for the help im new at this and i just dont want to do something wrong so im making sure to measure twice before cutting if you know what i mean!
