If I upload more will I gain more views and subscribers?

Thanks so much for all the awesome reply's!I think I understand the point of quality > quantity. I like to think I put effort into my vids and tbh my first video (even though the audio wasn't top notch) has nearly 1000 views and I feel rewarded for it because I put a lot of effort into that video and now that I am active and making it serious again, I won't be changing that anytime soon. So thanks everybody, great help! :D
 
I do agree that quality of quantity is something to look at. I notice here that there's not really a suggestion for those of us that are daily vloggers. That's actually one thing I wonder about as far as daily vloggers go. Pretty much whoever subscribes to us, knows that they are going to get a daily video, with occasionally a random video here or there.

Every daily vlog we upload we try to make sure that there's a decent majority of quality content in it. Whether it's a small tag, challenge, or even just some material to talk about or show.

I guess it can also depend on if you are setting a schedule for yourself with the knowledge that there will be some people that expect your videos to go up based on your past upload times.
 
My favorite channels upload either weekly or biweekly. Yes I do wish they would post more often, but I can see the effort they put into making them and am perfectly ok with waiting a bit, as someone who is hoping to have good production values I understand how much time and effort that takes.
