If I make a website . Will google put adds on it and pay me?

You could try monetising a blogspot blog if thats your kind of thing and if you have an approved Adsense account.

I will take your advice and try blogger as it is google owned which probably means I will have more chance at getting it. But I have also heard from a few friends that blogger rates your blog/website so it might drive more traffic
