If I had faster internet...

I have 30/5 but sometimes it takes much longer than it should... usually when Youtube is going crazo.
A 8-minute video takes about 20 minutes for me.
 
My download is 20Mbps and my Upload is 14Mbps Doesn't feel like it though, its normally so freaking slow uploading to youtube.
