Idea's on what I'm doing wrong?

I've Got It
Hey peeps,

I have been trying to get a decent subscribers/ viewer base, but it seems now that I have a problem.
I can't seem to attract new people to my channel and those that are subscribed don't really watch it :$

Could you peeps have a look at my channel and tell me what I might be doing wrong?
Or any form of help is appreciated ;)

I watched your channel trailer. I liked it, but after watching it I don't really know much about you.

By the way, I see you linked one of your own videos on your banner! I haven't seen that before. Has that helped at all?

The trailer is letting people know that I do Let's Play videos and the pictures are kinda to show what I already played ;)

The link in the banner, I got that idea when I was watching theradbrad his channel, he is kind of my role-model ;)
 
I see that you mainly base your channel around game playthroughs. You do a good job, but now a days with YT and gaming channels, you really have to be unique. Once people see a game play through, they (more than likely) won't watch someone else play through it especially when they have no idea who they are. It's really difficult now a days for gaming channels to get big because like everyone else has said, the big get bigger and the small get smaller. It's no impossible to get a gaming channel big, but, you really gotta be unique and do something different than everyone else.

I've been trying to be unique and original, but I'm kinda running dry on inspiration :$
