How about:
Mail Mondays - Going over your favourite comments on YouTube that week/answer questions you get from subs?
Whacky Wednesdays - You can go two ways with this. You can either make it a random day or theme as and when you like or the whacky things you've seen on a given topic.
Not sure if it fits in with what you were intending to do, but it's just an idea. If you think the ideas are rubbish but like the names then help yourself to them.
