Icon in video?

This may sound like a stupid question, but how do I get the little icon in the corner of my video where you hover over it and the subscribe button comes up? I've been putting an actual subscribe button in the video itself before uploading and a sub link with annotations on the overlay, but that's not as aesthetically pleasing as just a little icon you can click.

I looked around and didn't see anything on a search except "In-Video Programming", which I can't find on my channel.
