Everone seems to get really hot comps, I dunno if its cause I have liquid cooling or whatever, but I have never surpassed 35C.

It was good, I got a top of the range Dual Liquid Cooler for £69 ($100), and literally the only time I've seen it about 30 is if the PC has been on longer than 25 hoursI just have a cooler master hyper 212 evo, and a few after market fans. My temps are ok i think. I literally know nothing about liquid cooling...
Nice.I'm into oc-ing so I might just buy i7-4770 then an entry-level motherboard.

Aim for this PC....That should be fun![DOUBLEPOST=1369046535,1369046503][/DOUBLEPOST]
That's awesome, eventually I will have liquid cooling...one step at a time!

Its what I dream to buy when I'm making my trillions from my 37 billion subs on YouTube....or when I win the lottery....Wow, that pc gave me nightmares...lol such a beast!
I'd be worried if someone did think it doubled the power tbh, it definitely doesn't work like that, generally works at about 50-80% extra. An i5 will always outperform an i7 AT THE MOMENT, as games are only just starting to be optimized to use multiple cores. So an i7 will be better for future proofing, also remember about the new Haswell CPUs coming out soon. Maybe it's better to wait.
Also, I'd advice against getting SLI. SLI and Crossfire do NOT work in the way most people think, which is adding the power of multiple GPUs together to get MEGA power.
All it does is share the load between the GPUs. So linking 3 4Gb GPUs together in SLI will NOT give you 12Gb of Graphics power, it will only share the load between the 3 extending the life of your Graphics Cards and lowering your temps. You won't get double the power, the GPUs will just be able to cope with it all better.
You would also need a good mobo that can handle SLI.
But I guess if you are super rich then go ahead and go through the SLI route, I'm strictly talking about this from a value for money perspective.
I would go for a single powerful GPU and some top notch cooling, I got myself an Arctic Cooler Freezer a30 for £30 (it is beastly for such low price) and I idle at 18, never go over 35.
I also suggest if you don't want to splash all your cash don't go for over 16Gb of RAM just yet, especially if you're just doing gaming videos.
