I tried ask for help here for free but nobody give me any answers

so i am willing to pay for consultation for solve the problem

I just started with monetization on youtube
i got 200 to 300 views per day
my videos was accepted for monetization and adsense account its set up and approved
i got 3000 views and i didnt make evan 1 cent
you tube showing ads on my videos
but when i go to estimated earnings it is " date is not available" so it is not even showing impresions

i dont see statistics "estimated earnings" for 4 weeks it is not for few days

I DIDNT BUY VIEWS
ALL VIEWS ARE ORGANIC
( so please don't ask for that i wouldn't ask here if i did buy views )

Let's start off by asking how long your Adsense account has been active for, and how long your channel has been active. Adsense usually takes a month or so to sort itself out. This is because it monitors your content to see which ads would best suit your videos. It might run some for a trial period, then move on and try another set of ads if the first aren't successful. It sounds to me like you're in a trial phase. Your best bet is to simply wait it out. Adsense is a tricky creature to deal with, but I'll help you understand it as much as I can.
 
the last part is a bit suspicious because it was not even on my mind until you brought it up but it just seems like they cant track what ever ads were placed, doesnt mean you wont be paid, or it could be that your viewers are using ad blockers, either way there is no way us outsiders could help you other than with the typical generic advise.
 
I would recommend to get a partnership.
If you get 3k views daily - you got some good stuff going.

so i did think so so i added regular website to adsense i put adsense kod for this website and it is wrking i getting money from adsense from banners ads and i see all statistics for web ads but nothing in adsense account or youtube account for videos
i dont see nowhere statistycs fro videos
for weeks on youtube i got info

"Data is not available for the selected report, content, and date range. If possible, try selecting a broader date range, different content, or come back in 1–2 days after the most recent data has been processed."
