I want to be a gamer as well as all the other things I do on youtube how do I be a gamer when it comes to copyright because I want to play dragonball Z ps3 games, my new kingdom hearts final mix game and absoloute in justice how does it for for you gamers?

As far as I know, unless you have permission to record a game, you need to become a partner with a gaming network.
 
I used to have a gaming channel with over 1k subs, you can post any game you want but have to be partnered with a network who owns copyrights to make any YT money.
Just start posting and let the sky be your limit
 
i'm still partnered with that one i joined a long time ago nothing has been happening so i just do what i normally do
 
As far as copyright goes most publishers let you post their videos on youtube regardless of partnership or not. They will state whether you're allowed to take advantage of monetisation as well. You do not need to be part of a gaming network or even partnered at all to post videos but it's easier (from what I've heard) to monetise videos as they look after all the copyright stuff if it's posted through them. Always be safe and check the publishers or developers terms and conditions for posting on YouTube, rarely some don't even allow you to post on YouTube at all even if it's not monetised. Some also have different rules. Example ArenaNet allow you to post on youtube but don't allow monetisation. Trion Worlds allow monetisation as long as you prevent competitor or coin selling ads from showing up on any videos featuring Trion World games. Rockstar allow monetisation as long as you don't show off too many past time features (e.g. golfing, watching tv, or movies etc...) and don't show any spoilers. I can't post the link here, but for better information look up AlloySeven - "How to monetize gaming videos legally" he shows you what information to look for and how to contact publishers/developers if need be. Of course this is all needed if you're not part of a gaming network and just partnered with YouTube or if you're running 1 channel through a gaming networking (i.e. Machinima) and 1 through your own personal/seperate account.
