I use Fraps and this happens

when i record my with fraps i get a black bar on the bottom and top of my videos when they are uploaded but sometimes there not there on some videos that i recorded. is this because of fraps or a different reason why this happens. if any of you know what causes this please let me know so i can correct it.

It all depends on the resolution of the game that you are recording. If you want to fix that then you should change out the resolution =)

It's probably not because of Fraps, most likely because of your editing software. What do you use?

Its probably the actual resolution you are playing your game in, try changing it to something like 1080x720 to get a nice resolution for Youtube!

its already 1080 its the black bars that im concerned about, i use windows movie maker
