I sound like Mr,Monotone. HELP

So, whenever i try to make a commentary, its so hard because i sound like Mr.Monotone all the time.
Also i am not very good at thinking of stuff to say and my videos are often very quiet.
What should i do?

That's exactly how I was on my old channel. Very monotone and boring. After a month or so I started getting compliments about my commentaries. So just stick at it you'll get better.

I understand what you mean. Sometimes I feel like I don't have enough fluctuation in my voice and sound too monotone. Just practice speaking and focus on speaking like you would to a friend.
