Hit up social media and let people know about your channel if it's relevant to their interests. Also getting any subs you have now to share with friends can be great. word of mouth is still one of the best ways. Oh, and networking!

I found that finding a small, niche, being consistent with video releases and promoting has helped me. I found that when I made videos of topics that other other people aren't as well as promotion has brought on the most views.
