Hey everyone! So I am new to YouTube and I am having a horrible time getting my videos to fit the YT window!

-I record with fraps
- The game that I am playing is usually in 1280x720 (wide)
- I use Adobe Premiere Elements 9 for editing and rendering
- My project settings are NTSC-HDV 720p 30 (I have no idea what this means, i saw it in a tutorial)
- I use the quicktime option for exporting (I am on windows vista but someone said it was best)
- My saving/rendering options are:

and all of my videos have some sort of border around them, some severe and some not so bad but I do everything the same every time. Help please :x

Looks like those output settings show 1080 x 720, find the output that matches your input @ 1280 x 720

for the project. and the saving

Nevermind I can't start a conversation either. :( But there are a lot of other ones that seem like HD are AVCHD LITE 30? I don't know...I am so bad at this lol. As far as saving there are literally too many to name.

I have tried that too, I just changed it to that because that was the size someone suggested, my "welcome to my channel" video was 1280, I just forgot to change it back for the screenshot, my bad.

As long as premiere recognizes the correct source resolution as 1280 x 720 and you're exporting to 1280 x 720 it shouldn't have any black borders.
Here's a set of instructions I googled up, that give some suggestions:

I don't use Premiere so I can't really help with anything more specifically.

Thank you!!
