I reached 30,000 views today, how do I get to 3 million?

I'm wide open for criticism, comments, feedback of any kind. My youtube channel is very niche and I'm committed to keeping it that way - Motivation for Pole Vaulters. Other than that, I am willing to change, adapt, and improve. Essentially, I need to know what is missing? How do I reach a broader audience? What is missing? What should I do differently? What is keeping me from that 1,000,000 views? All help is welcome.

You got some very god videos on your channel.
But maby you should try to make a facebook page to promote your videos?
You could ivite all your friends to see your page who hopefully will shov your videos to their friends. :)
