Your channel sounds like its going to be a lot of work with all that posting! I'd recommend starting out with say 1 a week so you don't get burnt out, also not much need for daily until your channel is huge.
Since gameplay Videos aren't that much work once a week is way to less.
I thougt about 3 or 4 days a week. Then i have enough time for editing and making thumbnails
