I Need Youtube Annotaion Help

Hello every you tuber,

I need your help about Annotation in you tube video. Let me clear that i am not talking about that annotations which we can add from Video Manager -> Edit -> Annotations. Look at the screen shot attached with this tread. Define with arrow which annotation i need for my video.

That is in "invideo programming." It isn't under annotations at all.

Click Channel, then invideo Programming and you can add a video to your bar =)

Hello,
Thank you for your reply but i know that we can set video annotation form "in video programming" . But i need external link on the annotation with icon like website link or G+ post like etc... The annotation which you see in the image which i have posted in thread its not a video URL but it has a external URL. Do you understand my question?
