I need you to criticise me, please help me

Over the past few months I've redesigned my channel quite a bit, new art and new(ish) editing style. I don't have access to an fancy video editing software so for now I'm just making do with what I've got. I'd appreciate if you guys could check out my new channel art and give me feedback on it. Hey

I had a brief look through your channel and it looks quite good. Here is what I think of it:

Positives

* You seem to post a lot of content, which is never a bad thing.
* You post about games that are quite popular, in other words ones people will search for.
* Your channel banner is rather snazzy.

Possible Improvements

* Add thumbnails to your videos - it is a long process, yes, but it pays off. Trust me.
* Your video titles don't stand out - add something dramatic and different for each one, instead of keeping them uniformed.
* Try and keep your videos a consistent length, i.e. aim for each one to be roughly 10 minutes instead of having one being 2:13, and then the next 19:31. Looks more professional/organised.

Thanks dude, that is some great criticism! Yeah I definitely should take more time for thumbnails but being artistic in that sense is quite difficult for me! Also, I also like what you have to say about the titles, I definitely need to put more effort into those. Thanks man!
