I need light

Winter is coming... ;)
And I need a light source so my webcam can see me in the dark.
I have a very small space where i record so I can't use any regular sized lamp, I need something small.
Is there small studio lights or can I use a regular lamp?
 
I don't really know what size room or area you are working with, could you possibly put a small lamp or light behind your camera or computer.

I got a good sized budget :) I just want something very small that can light me up but at the same time don't blind me :)
