Just moving this to the Strategies & Technique Advice section. I have over 400 subs, and average between 100 - to just over 200 views. It's pretty normal

Okay, in all seriousness, my average video gets about 100 views (been rather s****y in terms of view numbers lately), so I'm not surprised by your counts. Just keep going!

Inactive subs, people arent seeing your videos pop up in their feeds, there could be countless reasons. Do remember though Sub4subs will usually lead to inactive subscribers. so can spamming people

Because not all of those 52 subs watch your videos each time you upload. I have 25K subscribers, but only get between 1000-5000 views on a video in the first week, not all my 25K subs are online and ready to watch my uploads all the time.

Sometimes people have inactive subscribers or subscribers who have subscribed to so many channels that they rarely watch your videos.

10-20 Views a video for a channel with 50 subs seems just about right, like @ARTFXSTUDIOS has said, not all your subs are going to be active, it's the same with all channels, look at PewDiePie the top YouTuber with 28 Million Subscribers but on average 1-4 Million views per video.

Like everybody else says, not everyone subscriber will watch your video for various different reasons. Having about half like you have is pretty good though to be fair.

These are wrong.. You should have at least 4 times as many views as subscribers.. So if you have 50 subs you should have 2o0 views.. something is wrong...

You just haven't threatened your subs enough. Make sure they understand that you're crazy, and if they don't watch every video you make you can't be responsible for what you do to them.

This is true.. threats and fear is what has kept my channel running for years.. You need to get out there and really freak them out.. show up in the shower with them or pop out of the fridge.. these all have worked for me..

Then you re doing it all wrong.. You obviously are not taking @Symph advice and using fear... If you were you would be overwhelmed with the views and subs.

It's true, however it does come with one downside, which is the constant possibility of your subs committing mutiny against you and over throwing your dictatorship. But just make an example out of one of them to spread more fear into the others and it usually nips that in the bud.

True.. I usually pick the sub who is actually doing what I want... I grab them make an example of them and say... "They were doing everything right, imagine what I will do to the one who is messing everything up.." That is when they realize the depths of my insanity and get in line. Same thing works in raising children.
