I need help with Goals on youtube & in general

Oh yes yes...like I said, you could set yourself some youtube personal goals like views, subs, videos a week/month, stuff like that to get you started.

Then personal goals for yourself for getting better at what you do...

Maybe someday I'll put up a video of me singing along with linkin park, disturbed or five finger death punch and find you and give you the link...forcing you to watch it XD
