I need help setting Blue Yeti Mic because my Gain is messed up

I've Got It
Hey Guys i Have a Blue Yeti i Need Help With Setting My Blue Yeti Gain Level and stuff Because
every time rec a game play com My Voice is either to high low or my game play sound is high i Really Really Need help
 
I have a Yeti and I personally have my gain set around the middle, have it set to cardioid, and talk into the front of the mic from a few inches away.
 
Just mess around with it to you find something which suits you. Remember your positioning of the microphone too.

There's a gain knob on the back of the microphone, set it to 12 o'clock, with the line on the knob pointing straight up.

almost like that, except not quite.

and the pattern should be set to that third setting, which is cardioid.
 
and what is Mic level set at in the Levels tab in Rec devices[DOUBLEPOST=1365561371,1365561356][/DOUBLEPOST]mine set at 60[DOUBLEPOST=1365561665][/DOUBLEPOST]if go to sound icon and right click on it and then click rec devices and then click on the Mic and levels tab what is level set at

Mine is set to 50
 
i plan on getting a pic stand pretty soon for mine. generally if you want the best sound from any mic you pretty much got to eat it :)
