I need help removing the background!

I need help removing the background from this complicated picture. X_X I've been to remove he background using photoshop for hours now and I still can't seem to figure out how to effectively do this. Can anyone please help me out with this?

Dude, you can use PEN tool to mark the points. Instead of using selection tool, mark with pen tool and adjust the feather as u desire.

There are a few ways. Using the pen tool is one way.

OR you can use the background eraser tool, then use either the poly or lasso tool to remove the remaining background if applicable. You may have to refine the edges.

OR you can use the quick selection tool. Make sure everything you want to delete is selected then choose “Select” at the top of the window then choose “Inverse”. At this point, you should be able to click “delete” and paste the deleted image onto another background image if you already have one or just paste into another Photoshop template.

Agreed 100%. It will still take you some time, but the pen tool allows you to fine tune it to the pixel. If you try to "paint" over the background it would take you hours and hours and you still end up with a flat picture. With pen tool you can turn it into a selection and cut yourself out and paste it on whatever other picture you wish.

The pen tool is your best, most accurate option. This image is also way too low resolution for anybody in this forum to turn it into something usable.
