Request I need help on an intro

I need a new intro for my 100 subscriber special but i dont know how to make one!
Can some one take a look at my channel and videos then make me a intro.
Thanks allot to whom makes me a intro! :D
 
I used a website call flixpress.com, there are about 10 free intros on there. Don't bother paying unless you have more money than sense.
