If I were you I would turn on the featured tab and have your featured video on autoplay so others so your videos as soon as they visit your channel, that way they could enjoy watching and potentially subscribe if they liked your video. Plus it will help with your views :)

Okay, first things first - I actually like your channel. You have a unique personality, and that is a very good thing.

My best advice to you about wooing subscribers would be to stop comparing your progress to other youtubers. Just enjoy making videos, focus on your channel and current subscribers, and I promise you subscribers will come. Just stay consistent and passionate.

Also, try equalizing the audio between clips. I find it fluctuates far too drastically, and way too often. Maybe that's stopping people from subscribing? I don't know. I'm a little more patient and gave you a chance by turning up my volume, but people on the internet are a funny beast. ;) Not only do they have short attention spans, they're also picky.

So yeah, aside from some technical stuff, I think you're doing great! :)

If you make quality videos getting subscribers shouldn't be a problem. What is usually a problem, however is getting people to view your videos in the first place so they can subscribe. Getting views through Youtube search results is the best and most sustainable way of gaining views. This article outlines some ways to increase your SEO(search engine optimisation) so you can increase the number of organic(search result) views you get. Hope it helps!
