I need help livestreaming

I need help with youtube livestreaming. When I go to start the stream it says I need to reduce the keyframe to 2 seconds or less. I dont know what that means or how to do it. If it helps I use xsplit broadcaster to stream.

Ill help ya out! see where it says "kbit" in the settings under video encoding when adding somewhere to broadcast to? well change that to 2 or below and your set but you must send out at really low fps or xsplit wont be able to keep up >.<

It worked. I'm looking for a better program than xsplit because I have to pay for the right audio setting to stream.

I recommend Open Broadcaster Software, it's 100% free and you don't have to pay for all the features.
