I NEED FEEDBACK

1. Channel art: This area needs a lot of work, your banner is okay but there is a lot of room for improvement. Your logo really needs work, when I first saw it I wasn't sure what I was looking at so getting a proper logo should be on your to do list. Lastly your thumbnails this part really needs improvement the text on many of them is near impossible to read due to their small size, or because they mix in with background.
They are also very simple in design nothing grabs attention, they do the opposite they put people off because they make your channel look unprofessional (ie. not worth watching) so getting those fixed is important. (Try Gimp if you don't have it a great free software to make thumbnails and plenty of tutorials on how to best use it) (if you need fonts Cooltext.com is good for premade fonts, or if you want to have more flexibility dafont.com is good)

2. Sound quality: Okay I really suggest lowering the your intros music a bit, you don't want to make people deaf so lowering the volume will keep people around a bit longer. Audio quality is not horrible but you should see about removing that grainy, kind of static noise in your videos. (Audacity is good for this its free as well and again has plenty of tutorials)

3. Video Quality: Gameplay wise I have no idea what you are recording off of but it isn't doing the job, the fact that at 720p I can't make out what I'm looking about because the screen is so fuzzy is a problem especially since most channels have very crisp and clear gameplay (this unfortunately will probably cost money to fix unless you have a PS4 or Xbox One that have built in high quality capture, unless you borrow gameplays from channels that let people borrow them). For your vlog type videos you really are just going to need a better cam (not much you can do about this) but you really need to get clear, HD quality videos up on your channel.

4. Tags: More descriptive tags, youtube uses tags to to organize videos so the more you have and the more descriptive they are they better the chance your video shows up (make sure your tags are relevant to your video, so don't make a destiny video and then put call of duty or 2k tags there, they will not help you and could get you in trouble)

There is a whole bunch of minor stuff you could do as well but it would take forever to cover it all but here are somethings you can work on.

Can you give me some feedback on my new logo and new thumbnail
 
The logo is much better than before the colors of your logo and banner clash a bit but its not bad. You new thumbnail is definitely better but I would change the color of "God Gun" you want the text to pop out so picking brighter colors like white would be better in this situation, maybe include and image of the gun or something from destiny to add to it.
