Have a look at a free service on the internet called Animoto. It is great for intro creation, as there is a wide range of templates to choose from for free.

5-6 seconds of an after effects intro takes plenty of time. My 5 second intro took 15 hours to render. Now you aren't asking for anything that extensive but still. Don't underestimate the time it takes to make a good intro lol.

I'm not underestimating. If I still had my PC, I could make one in maybe an hour.

As I am unfamiliar with my current suite I cannot do as much.
 
If you are still looking for an intro, go take a look at TheIFDesigns. I can just change the text and colours for you. It'll take about 10 mins

sorry to say time is money mate. And with 25 subs no one will give you a free intro for a shout out. i have 800 subs and would never expect a shout out to pay for a intro haha. Wreckless Eating could probably pull it off though since he is 100k +
