I need advice!!! PLEASE HELP

I think if you'd like to have a variety in the type of videos you upload that is great! You just need a constant- and that is you & your style! You have your spin/ edge/ aesthetic/ way of doing things which mean your subscribers get what they want- YOU!
I find sometimes on a channel a users videos just don't look in harmony with eachother! Once you've established your groove and have your style I think it's fine to not have such a specific niche :)
 
I did all of them at the start, then found the ones that did the best in views and popularity and focused on them solely. I understand the frustration of not being able to do everything you want to do. Not everyone has the time in the world and sometimes you have to just pick the most profitable avenue.

Paid off quite well, but now that I have more time, I'm revisiting some of the stuff I wish I could have done earlier back and building them up now that I have a solid fanbase.
