I lost my self confidence.

Well, i know this may be a common issue for beginner or "wannabe" youtube.

Actually I want to make video, i really want it. Not that i have camera shyness, nor issues with editing, but is it with my script and general idea... I don't know if it will be interesting for anyone, and i don't want to mess everything up... Now i struggle with a full script but what if i found better idea once the video is up on youtube ? what will happen if nobody like it despite all the work i put in (i'm not talking about the number of subscribers) or worse, that I make a bad buzz and everyone make fun of me ?

I don't want to make bad video and this lack of confidence in myself is killing me slowly...

Its quite simple; Just do it!

If it turns out bad, you can at least say you tried. Possibly even look back at it in the future and smile. Anyhow, just do it. :)
If you don't do it, you'll regret it. If you do do it, you can say you tried. So what if its terrible? You at least tried.

Just roll with it. Best of luck amigo. :)

The biggest, and most important thing you can do is be yourself. People come for originality, and you, as it stands, are original! So expand on that, your videos are an expansion of you, in a way, so use that and just go! :)

You gotta kinda get over it slowly. But surely.
For example, I made a channel arch-nemesis I blabber and argue with in Powerpoint. Surprisingly everyone kinda liked the idea.
You just gotta give it a shot sometimes. Aim for the stars, and even if you dont make it you get somewhere.

I completely agree with @Brant. And I have the same problem as you. I always fully develop a script, film, and then post a video when I think about whether or not this video idea is good or not, or if people will like it. I just post and go with the flow. Just be original and if your mind is so against that video idea, then move on to the next one and build upon it.

I had a really tough time wondering if i should put up my attack on titans video cause I'm bashing it pretty much and i didn't want people to hate me for it. in the end it got a good amount a views and a few people disagreeing with me and a few dislikes as well. But just be you and do what you feel is funny and thats what i tried to do. Although its not a popular opinion its still me. You can do it jet don't let yourself freak out!

Because I make theory and top 5 videos on a weekly basis, I know a bit about this. There have been times when I may not have included every bit of information in a video, or someone didn't agree with my opinion and flamed about it. However, if, at the end of the day, you can say that you did your best, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. That's how I have been thinking about it for a while, and I hope it works for you :)

Start making videos. You WILL f**k up. You WILL hate some of them. But you will also learn from your mistakes and improve upon your craft. Sitting around thinking about it and making plans upon plans leads to two things: jack & s**t. I hate that I waited this long to start chasing my dreams and I don't want anyone else to do the same.

Go for it! :thumbsup2:

I feel this way too sometimes. The best thing for this is to just upload it, and see what happens. Usually I am surprised by the amount of positive feedback I receive. Sometimes I make videos that no one watches, or that received negative feedback. This is just an opportunity to learn from my mistakes. There will always be haters out there, so don't worry too much. And I've noticed that I am getting better at making videos by just making more of them. Practice makes perfect, and eventually I will get there.
