Its when YouTube audits the views, they were views that came from the same IP/ non-legit (botted) views / glitched views

So they wern`t meant to be there and therefor removed

Ah well, better now than later...we lost 400 or so ourselves, not much in comparison but it hurts to see. Doesnt effect growth however

deleting videos doesn't influence already gained views. youtube is going nuts with taking out what they think aren't legit views! they took 53000 from me about 2 months ago, they took about 41000 from me over the 3 past days!

i used to have over 400K views in aug-oct 2012 now i have what a little over 300K!?

It can be to do with those videos you deleted and the fact that sometimes they miscount the mobile access. I lost 1000 views too :s
