I just lost my YouTube account.

Someone reported my YouTube account because they don't like me, so they have it out for me. How can I get my YouTube account back?
 
That doesn't work, YouTube check over every single flag, so you were in breach of whatever they reported you for.
 
That's not how that works, and to my knowledge you probably aren't in a position to get back your channel, unless you have legal evidence that you didn't breach the violations that your channel was taken down for. If you are with a third party network, you can ask them to get in contact with Google and settle the case, however due to the severe lack of information I find it hard to believe that there's not another side to this story.

My videos was all on private. So there was nothing to report. That's the thing.

You can still get reported for private videos because you can easily give people the link to said video on a popular website or something.

That's what I'm thinking. An saying how they broke the TOS, would me getting my account back be at all possible?

It's not likely, though I don't have experience with cases such as this, I've never heard of someone getting their account back, but neither have I known anyone who got banned.

Nope dude. My friend had got his 2 accounts banned and he never got it back so its highly likely that you will not be getting it back.
